Quotations are free, itemised and fixed for the specification described in them. Changes to specification are re-quoted in writing.

Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate but exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on its general content to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Terms of sale — buying online
These terms apply when you buy flooring through Buy online. They are in addition to the terms above. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Supply only
Orders placed online are supply only. You are buying flooring materials cut to the measurements you give us. Fitting, subfloor preparation, uplift and disposal of your old floor are not included. If you would like us to fit, ask for a free measure and we will quote for the whole job separately.
Your measurements
You are responsible for the measurements you enter. We cut to those measurements and do not check them on site. Measure the widest points of each room, including doorways and bays. If you are unsure, book a free measure instead — it costs nothing and it is what we would rather you did.
Prices and payment
Prices shown include VAT at the prevailing rate. The total you see before paying is the total you pay, including any delivery charge. Payment is taken in full at the time of order through Stripe; we never see or hold your card details. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.
How we work out quantities
Carpet and vinyl are cut from rolls of a fixed width, and you pay for the full width of every linear metre cut. We take your room sizes, add a small trim allowance and calculate the shortest cut that covers them. Where a range comes in more than one roll width we use whichever works out cheaper for you. Goods sold by the square metre instead of off a roll include an allowance for waste.
Cancelling: flooring cut to your measurements
Because flooring cut to the measurements you supply is made to your specification, the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply to it. We tell you this before you pay, and you confirm it at checkout.
We do not cut immediately. If you contact us on 023 8250 4050 before your order has been cut we will change or cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has been cut to your sizes we cannot take it back.
Cancelling: everything else
Accessories and other goods that are not cut to your measurements — gripper, door bars, adhesives, tools and full uncut rolls — carry the usual right to cancel within 14 days of delivery or collection, for any reason. Tell us within that period, return the goods unused and in a resaleable condition within 14 days of telling us, and we will refund you within 14 days of receiving them. You pay the cost of returning them.
If something is wrong
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply. If what arrives is faulty, damaged, not what you ordered or not as described, tell us within a reasonable time and we will repair, replace or refund it at our cost — including where the flooring was cut to your measurements. Please check goods before fitting: once flooring has been fitted, faults that would have been obvious on inspection are much harder to put right.
Delivery and collection
Orders are usually ready in 3–5 working days. We contact you to arrange delivery or to tell you your order is ready to collect from Southampton. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection; ownership passes when we have been paid in full. Delivery is to mainland addresses in our normal area — if we cannot deliver to you we will contact you and refund you in full.
