2 Measure your rooms
Measure the widest points of each room, including doorways and any bay. We add a trim allowance automatically, and we price the way the floor actually comes off the roll — so what you see is what we cut.
3 Underlay & accessories
Optional — press Next if you don't need any. A good underlay makes a cheap carpet feel expensive, and a dear one last twice as long.

Frequently asked questions
Am I buying fitting as well?
No — this page is supply only. You're buying the flooring itself, cut to the sizes you give us. If you'd like us to fit it, book a free measure instead and we'll quote for the whole job.
How do you work out how much I need?
Carpet and vinyl come off a 4m or 5m roll, and you pay for the full width of every metre cut. We take your room sizes, add a small trim allowance, then work out the shortest length that covers them — trying the roll both ways round and using whichever width works out cheaper for you.
What if my measurements are wrong?
Call us on 023 8250 4050 as soon as you can. Nothing is cut the moment you pay, so if you catch it early we can change it. Once it's cut to your sizes it can't be returned, so it's worth measuring twice.
Can I collect instead of paying for delivery?
Yes. Choose collection at checkout and we'll call you when it's ready — the trade counter is at 16–18 City Industrial Park, Southampton SO15 1HA, open Monday to Friday 07:30–17:00.
Is it the same price as coming in?
Yes. Online prices are our normal retail prices including VAT — buying online doesn't cost you more, and trade account customers should carry on using the counter for their trade rates.
